After going live, it’s important for your brand partner to understand how your video is performing and what kinds of audiences have viewed / engaged with it. That's why submitting analytics on your post is a required step of the partnership process. If we do not receive your analytics within 30 days of going live, you may be required to return your payment and could be banned from future partnerships through 1stCollab.

There are two ways to send these analytics

Method 1: Automated (recommended)

Sign up for an account with 1stCollab. When prompted in the setup flow, connect your YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok accounts to 1stCollab. Then, find the link to your media kit—it will look like this—and send it to us using the chat bubble on the bottom-right of your partnership page.

That's it! We'll automatically pull the analytics for your video.

Method 2: Manual

If you prefer, you can also manually take screenshots of your analytics and send them to us. We recommend waiting at least a week (but no more than 30 days!) before sending these, so your video has time to perform to its full potential. Instructions for each platform are below. Please note that you must send analytics for each video you posted as a part of your partnership agreement.

Sending your YouTube analytics

  1. Open up a desktop browser, then head to YouTube Studio.

  2. Click "Analytics" from the left menu, and then select "Engagement" from the top menu.

  3. Find the video you made for your brand partner1ship, and click it.

  4. Take screenshots of all the analytics YouTube presents you for that specific video.

  5. Email your screenshots to [email protected]. Include a link to your partnership page so we know which partnership these analytics are for.

Sending your TikTok analytics

This must be done on mobile; TikTok doesn't offer analytics on desktop.

  1. On your phone, go to your profile

  2. Tap the three dots, choose “Creator tools”, and select “Analytics.”

  3. Tap on the "Content" tab, and scroll down to the video you posted.

  4. Take screenshots of all the analytics there—including the extended data and analytics.

  5. Email your screenshots to [email protected]. Include a link to your partnership page so we know which partnership these analytics are for.

Sending your Instagram Reel analytics

This must be done on mobile; Instagram doesn't offer analytics on desktop. Also note that analytics are only available for Business or Creator accounts. If you haven’t set up a Creator account yet, please see this article.

  1. Go to the Reels tab on your Instagram profile.

  2. Select the reel that you created for your brand partner.

  3. On the lower right side of the reel, tap the icon.

  4. From the menu, tap View Insights.

  5. Take screenshots of all the analytics there.

  6. Email your screenshots to [email protected]. Include a link to your partnership page so we know which partnership these analytics are for.

Or: You may see a “Learn more about your reel’s performance” prompt above the View Insights button. From here:

  1. Go to the Reels tab on your Instagram profile.

  2. Select the reel that you created for your brand partner.

  3. Above the caption of your reel, select View Insights.

  4. Take screenshots of all the analytics there.

  5. Email your screenshots to [email protected]. Include a link to your partnership page so we know which partnership these analytics are for.
