If you're behind on your deadlines, contact us for help. Don't just drop out of the process—there's always a chance we can extend your deadlines for you.

Try to adhere to the timeline that you agreed to when you signed your partnership agreement. If you fall behind, we can’t guarantee that we can extend your deadlines.

That said, if you suspect you might fall behind a deadline, give us as much of a heads up as possible. The earlier we know, the better we can plan and accommodate it! If you realized you missed a deadline and forgot to tell us though, it’s alright. Just contact us or email your 1stCollab representative and we can help you with a new schedule.
