For security reasons (we don’t want unsigned contracts floating out there on the internet!), contracts expire after 7 days of being issued. If your contract has expired, don't stress! Send us a message using the in-app chat in the bottom right, or email your 1stCollab representative for help. We can usually re-issue it for you to join the campaign.

For the future: Once you receive a contract from 1stCollab, act on it quickly—if you see something you want to change (e.g., the dates are wrong), let your 1stCollab representative know right away so they can void it and issue you a new contract. And if it all looks good to you, go ahead and sign it, even if your first due date is far away and you don’t plan to start working on it right away.
