Yes, if you are posting the same video on multiple platforms, you need to submit your concepts and video drafts for each video you'll be posting, even if it's the same concept or video.

It’s fine (and expected) for you to copy and paste a concept and submit the same concept across multiple deliverables. It's also fine (and expected) for you to submit the same video draft across multiple deliverables. In fact, we make it easy for you to submit the same video multiple times; after you upload it the first time, you'll find it already saved to your page so you can re-submit it for another deliverable.

You’ll see after doing so that the brand will usually give you the same feedback for each concept or video. You’ll need to make sure that each of your deliverables receives approval before going live and receiving payment.
